豆沙年糕

豆沙年糕

1. 油四分之三杯
2. 蛋三個
3. 牛奶2又二分之杯
4. 糖四分之三杯
5. 糯米粉一磅
6. baker powder 1 tbsp
7. 豆沙半缶

做法::
1. 先將一至六項混合均勻
2. 將13吋乂9吋烤盤抹
油,預熱烤箱350度
3. 將一半之米糊倒入烤盤內、另外一半米糊與豆沙混合均勻後再倒入 烤盤,
務必倒得均勻。
4. 入烤箱烤40至45分即可。

Remark:
This rice cake is real delicious and easy to make. Use good quality Japanese rice powder and can of red-bean paste is the key for good product!
